they're a good phone. but i cant seem to send or receive pxt or video messages...any one have any ideas why?

This is the worste phone I've ever had the bad luck to experience! I've had it for a week and it's been a nightmare. To date I've been able to make 4 calls and able to recieve ZERO! The menu is confusing, the keyboard too small, and can't seem to get any apps to do right. Big waste of money and time. Avoid this phone at all costs!

this phone is not good because if a little thing happens to it the whole thing is screwed
for instance now my phone does not update songs anymore it just turns off after its scanned 69 songs its soooooo stupid

???just getting in touch , with wierd placed knobs...
like right and left next too your green phone and red phone /// holding your phone for text makes things odd....thats all/// chat mode or text mode whatever?? nice hardware...

These are all my honest opinions and statements. And I don't mean any disrespect, I'm just trying to give everyone a good idea one what this phone is like.
I've owned my Alcatel 606 for a while now, and I don't recommend it to anyone. I'm not going to flame it because "I just don't like it" I own one and know that isn't a good phone to have.
I've dropped this phone only ONCE and that was on carpet and the phone had a protective case on, so that couldn't be the source of my problems.
Sliding the phone open can sometimes cause it to turn off, or even more annoying, the screen will just go black, you will think it's off but then you turn it back on and it will show the last screen you were on, and turn off. And before you say, oh, it probably went into hibernation, it didn't because the phone wouldn't go back to normal by pressing other buttons.
I have no real complaints about the keypad itself, it seems to be well made.
Going onto internals, this thing only has 4 megabytes of storage, that's 1 song if you're lucky.
The phone runs out of memory often, as well, and as a result, a lot of games, and internet, don't work well on this phone.
The phone can, at times be slow and unresponsive, and it's almost impossible to find games for it, although that's not a big issue.
The camera is horrid, you'd have better luck taking pictures with a toaster, and the sad part is I'm not even joking.
TL;DR?
Well basically, this phone isn't good, and unless your child needs a cheap phone for texting you or something, I don't recommend it.
