i have hard time in internet connection.. even in wi-fi hot spot... please help me how to connect this phone in the internet.. i always received errors.. geez..

Can anyone tell me how to play a video on my new phone, I tried converting youtube videos to mp4, and many other formats but nothing :)
Ideas?

I bought one at Mega Mall a couple of weeks ago. It worked fairly well for a week then suddenly when I pressed the messanging the phone blacks out and sorta hung, then I could not access my messages anymore (the phone keeps blacking out). I could still receive messages but I could not read them. With a little thinkering, I managed to get my messages back by typing a short message via Notes then sending it out as an SMS. (I could not write anything using messaging.) Has anybody else encountered this problem? Can anyone from Alcatel check this out?

hi potential buyers!

please don't buy this phone for the following reasons:

1) alcatel aftersales service sucks- c/o memo express megamall in manila

2)i have my first handset last December 11, 2010, experienced phone hanging when making an SMS last December 15, 2010; handset was replaced last December 19, 2010, the same problem happened yesterday and this morning

i'll buy the big brand/s to replace this alcatel phone, inferior product!!!

I don't know why, but you can download BOLT mobile browser and you can watch videos. Easiest solution until Alcatel have update software for this phone when they should fix the problem.

And yea there is skype solution ,go to mobile9.com find skype for java phone(there is option to select OT 806 or OT 766 (i think)) ,there should be more ,but more of them are not working

Does anyone know how to remove a widget from the display? I turned on the calendar and music player widgets and now I can't remove them from the display other than move them to the left. But I want to turn these widgets off, not just move them to the left.
