i have had my phone since jan 29 and i have had to trade it in to get another one because the phone charger in the phone broke and i just got a brand new phone the same one but new and the charger broke again love the phone but damn

this is the most worst piece ever i buyed... this is the rarest piece n we dont have an proper service centers to repair my mobi.... so i threwd it in my dust bin.....fuck off alcatel

i have a ot-990 with stock 2.2.2 froyo now im trying to upgrade to 2.3 via
but in the first step in 38% it stopped (failed in reading information) what can i do to upgrade it to stock 2.3.4 gingerbread via OTU

i need help please??

tweety, compare to 3.5mm headset jack and a 3.5mm jack on your car stereo. you will see why it doesn't work.

An have BIGGER problems less than 5 months. Neither of phone will charge if they do battery life..... SUCKS.... Sending them back to bfe...... Cinti bell customer service over seas...... Just plain rude, nasty people! Good luck!

Is this phone able to play on the car stereo w the output jack?? I have tried to connect and play my music n my car but only plays on the phone. It plays on phone out loud even when its plug in to car stero?? HELP

This is one of the worst mobile phone devices I have ever owned. The design is great however my sister, her fiancee and myself all have the same phone and all three malfunction continously. I did not purchase the warranty plan through my provider but I would love to Alcatel where they put this phone. It shuts off, will not connect to internet unless in WIFI hotspot during a phone call if the battery is not 100% charged the screen goes blank and won't come back on to allow you to end the call. I have to take the battery out and put it back in....over all this is ridiculous. My cheap samsung slider phone with Straight Talk was much better - pretty bad when this is suppose to be a "smartphone"
