A friend of mine from Netherland brought this phone, Alcatel OT-E227 For me but can't access( not working) it there in kenya. I put Kenya SIM card but in vein. What should i do?

I bought one of these at an Orange outlet in England 2 years ago . I will be in the UK in April 2011.
Can this model still be used in England if I buy a bunch of minutes?

its a very cute phone/ wana buy this phone asap..
but cant because i am in india n in india we dont have alcatel phones , i wish these phones can be manufactured in india or sold in india ... :),,,
but m not gona give up , wil try n get this phone if possible ,

They're £4.95 when bought with £10 top-up at carphone warehouse online at the moment.

Well worth it for a spare phone or for the young or old!

Does anyone know how to delete individual letters when texting please? I often make mistakes but can't find any way out other than to delete the whole message and start afresh which is tedious.

It was one on ebay but a broken one!
I checked with Orange and they toke them out of the market 2-3 months ago so i didn't had any other chance then to buy a pink one , simple with no flowers! I hope she'll love it cos is so sweet! It cost me £9 and £10 top up!

can you tell me where can i find the pink one with flowers! They seem to have it only on arange and brown, but i want to buy it as a present for a five year's ald girl and the butterflies one looks fantastic! Thank you!

I have this phone and it's not brown but pink with butterflies all over. These phones are very cheap in Orange!
