He means those portable wifi modems. It's a little thing you turn it on, it will produce a Wifi signal. You let it connect to it and yeah.

All android devices either support this natively or with a standalone application , the transformer prime is not excluded

hi, i'm not really clear with your saying that it can transform 3G signal to wifi access point? Are you sure that it can does that? Because from the specification I didn't see any Wifi direct features.
