GSMARENA says display is 2.6, but when checked at BB US site (yes 9700 posted just 4 hours back) they mention it as 2.44,same like 8900. so i guess its 2.44 correctly not 2.6. same gsmarena did for 8520...whats wrong guys?

However be careful when using 3 and roaming onto telstra as it will cost ur right arm!

@anonymous@davo! Please Guys do not compare BB'S with Nokia E71/72'S let me tell you why!
By no means thier operating systems are alike.
Nokia dose not have thier entrprz servers integrated with the service providers
BB'S have thier own unique style of bb connect.
Push e mails are the invention of bb ent-priz servs.
Now come to the devices nokia have a very nice built quality but look is there any sence of 2.36" screen size while projecting a business device, Please dont forget the crisp bright vivid screen landscape display.
Dont forget the BB's messenger buddies there are alot of people who posted thier pins on internet to make friends... lol mine is 20FECE8F.
Enough bb's now let me make you confused bb never make one allinone phone and so dose nokia,
bold9000 everything fine but poor camera, curve8900 lovely but keypad is small and no 3g, tour wow its elegent but no wifi, 9700 good flat keypad but no track ball Guys whats this .... they are Playing tricks to make business.
Now nokia look at the built quality of E71 its stunning but why didnt they put atleast 2.4" display while they had a lotttt of space Please just have a look again and the same thing with the E72 now come on Man... there are lot of engineers out there who may be more professional than the ones at nokia and bb,

Does New Blackberry Bold9700 have a noise reduction like Crystal Talk?
For a voice call, sound quality of Motorola A3100 is better than any smart phone in a noisy area eventhough it does not have a Crystal Talk.If Blackberry focus on a hardwear speaker phone with noise reduction system,it will be better than any phone.
So, does anyone have information on speaker hardwear of Nokia, Blackberry, Samsung,Philips?

I don't know how you do it, but I commend you for that.:) If you're #1 reason for getting a phone is to surf the web, I do not recommend any Blackberry for that. I love Blackberry but their browser is terrible. The iPhone has the best browser to date. I don't like the iPhone because I prefer phones with a physical keypad or keyboard, but the iPhone is a "fun" phone. You might want to look into an "Android" phone as well. Their browser is pretty good, however the OS is still fairly new. I hope this helped abit.

@DEWO...sorry dude all of these are JUST peoples opinions do to say "ALL AGREED BB 9700 is the best smart phone is just a silly statement. Go to the Nokia E72 page and see what the sentiment is there. I think both phones look great "ON PAPER" I havent seen either one personally, have you? Didn't think so. Spec wise...the E72 beats the 9700..I like the look of both. If the build quality on the top selling E71 is any indication of what the E72 will be like.....when I leave Korea I will be buying the E72 because I will be in Europe...and I need an unlocked phone that won't be crippled by the carriers, and when I do return to the states..it will be pretty much like it was a few months ago when I went there..EVERYONE and there mothers with BLACKBERRYS..so you see I could care less about EVERYONE saying the 9700 is better...I will get what I want based on my desires/needs...etc. FYI.the I-Phone will be released here in S. Korea, guess what the ONLY other company is that was ever allowed to sell cellphones in Korea......starts with an "N"
