I had the handset for a week now and no issues. Touchscreen is very responsive and user friendly. The phone also looks great and is very sleek. Really enjoying it.

very good phone with all features optimized for me. this is fast, slik, good display and battery life. i would recommend this phone to my friends. since many of them need to upgrade their contract.

Uh.. you guys make me confuse on the bold name >.<
[bold 1] 9000
[bold 2] 9700 (onyx I)
[bold 3] 9650
[bold 4] 9780 (onyx II)
9790 (onyx III)
[bold 5] 9900/9930 (Dakota/Montana)
How's that ?!! but it's all depends on your region !

you can even put the 9650 somewhere in there as a bold too.

Blackberry 9780 is also know as the onyx II,9790 is known as onyx III I guess the reason of blackberry 9900 touch not to be nicknamed in the onyx line is that is design doesn't resemble the last two (9780 and 9700)it looks like the 9000

It depends ,,9900 has the most amazing specs of all bolds,it has a 1.2ghz while the 9790 has 1ghz,a little bit slower,they all are touch screens but the screen resolution for the 9900 is much higher(more sharper)then the 9790,on my opinion I'd go for the 9900 but the good thing is that 9790 costs less with many good things in it
