> In reply to pocomotion @ 2012-05-21 01:47 from QS1C - click to readApps look just fine. You can adjust how many app rows show. As an example, I don't have any showing until I want. I prefer to see my cool wallpaper when not using an app or link. Also, the slide is pretty solid. Had my 9810 since it first came out and my slide is still good.

The phone is amazing i think. I am using the phone since last 2 months now have never came across any problem. I think its worth for had earned money !!! I am really happy to have.
I have used Blackberry Curve 8520, comparatively BB9810 is 100,000 time much better. I can download apps from blackberry aapworld, its more faster , can also play an andorid game like angry farm, though its not teh original version of angry birds but still i am happy as i can get android apps on the phone.
Amazing performance !
I dont think i'll ever switch to any Android phone or Iphone , till i see Blackberry's in the market

Time to upgrade from bold 9700. Can't decide on 9900 or 9810. I like the idea of a larger screen but unsure about the reliability of the slide. How do apps fill the screen on the 9810? Are you left with the menu bar all the time?

Various features can be adjusted to help save some juice. Also, if you can upgrade to 7.1 software, there is a battery saving mode that does make a difference. I should point out that certain carriers (AT&T, for one)will disable the Network Mode option which would mean you could no longer manually select 2G.

Just got my blackberry 9810 last night. I'm really enjoying this phone, however, battery seems a bit short, is it normal? Im connected to a 4G network, if i am to connect to just 2G, will it help save battery?

I have been using this phone for a few months now and am extremely happy with it. I wonder how I got anything done before it. It's the perfect travel companion. Have time to kill on the plane? You can watch movies or play games on it on a large screen. Need to keep in touch with the office? Slide out the keyboard and fire away, online or offline. Need to manage your itinerary? Blackberry Travel read your emails and compiled it for you. I love how it comes delivered fully featured and doesn't need innumerable apps to be able to do anything. I also love the form factor, it's perfect, and never feels too big. The only minuses are the battery which isn't stellar (24 hours, maybe 36 hours), the rather limited appworld, and the fact that I need to change the auto-on-off times when I change the alarm time and gives you no warning of a conflict between the two. I almost missed a flight because of that.
