It is very easy, but you cannot find this mentioned in the manual. Once you have made a call or received a call, all you have to do to put the phone on speaker is to depress the call button for a few seconds. The speaker phone will be activated

When you connect your headset then open your speaker phone option please go and try.

i m using this iPAQ n the phones speakers have damaged without even doin anything....even hp service center can't repair it...they are asking me to replace it n to replace it i have to deposite the same about at which i buyed this phone...this is red...
