its great i love my phone...its just i cant buy any parts here in the philippines damn! its full of scratches now..but 9i still love it its my PDA thats why

i upgraded my ipaq rw6828 an it is in traditional chinese now.is there a way to change the settings to english?

The phone is high quality one that nobody will see it that they will not like due to high defined method used for it.I like it more than any other phone made.

This was my 6th phone. Rather a 'downgrade'from my MotoV3XX. Battery life was terrible. Camera was a disaster. Screen view was sickening as when you view it horizontally, your eyes get confused. Try close one eye, and then the other, you'll get what I mean.
Speakers was so-so. Changing ringtones was a pain in the you-know-what. Screen gets scratched by the stylus easily. Need a screen protector.
This was my first touch screen and smart phone.
Survived with me from July 2008 til May 2009 when I switched to Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Pheww!...

With all fighting complaining HP gave back the money paid. If your ipaq is on warranty try fighting with HP you get your money back.

HP charges it's RM 200 above which it's more than the ipaq's market value...

i used compatible battery, which should be less than RM 100 u may get it from any palm shop or pj digital mall or low yat plaza.

compatible battery if charged with notebook USB will last 1-2 days, if normal AC charger it's shorter (tips)

i use this rw6828 model from nov 2006 and it still nice, even at the first time i regretted for purchase it. but after knowing of ROM cooking, i love this phone very much.. with a little creativity of ROM making, i would rather use this phone than a IPhone (lol)..
for battery life, it quite good (last for 2 days) until it leaks on October 2009 (almost 3years usage) and now i replace it with O2 atom battery (coz the model is almost same) while i can't find original battery seller for rw 6828.
