i am unable to scroll down from my phone's track ball and its really irritating... what can i fix it plzz help me?

i like almost every thing about this phone(htc snap s521) except downloading some preffered java applications such as 2go.i tried downloading it from the site but could not find my phone's model,i still went further and click "all model"but was told "this page can not be viewed on this device". i have once downloaded jblend java to help the phone run java applications yet i cant get through with it and this is the reason i bought this phone for.pls can you actually tell me what i should do to get it downloaded because i dont want to regrete it using this phone, thank you

if experiencing any problems that are not hardware related (software) this is a very good possible solution (trouble shooting).

click the following: start/accessories/clear storage-then follow the instructions and type "1234" then click "yes".

if this does not solve the problem/s then send your device in to be repaired because its faulty.

NOTE: if you are only experiencing the problem with an app that did not come pre-installed (an app you downloaded) on the phone/device then delete that app, there's no use sending the device/phone in for repairs because the fault is with the app (error in coding) and not the phone/device.
this guide is for HTC snap S521 or HTC snap S522

best phone in the price group....no second thoughts on that. It simply gives you the basics needed in a smart phone with a little extera.

Its better than nokia E72 and bb curve 3G. Much better.

Ill recommend this device any day....concidering its price group.

hi..i have been using the same mobile for few days..
the problem is its battery life..i have to charge it daily despite a little use..i use it for IM and call..
could any body tell me what would be the problem
also it takes great time to get charged..what is the sign of fully charged?

I have this phone for about 4 months, it works perfectly. First thing i'v done was to install official software update, on htc web site, to wm 6.5.
Battery time is fantastic.
But, i dont really like wm standard, there arent very much apps that work with this phone.

hello ! th track ball of my snap is horrible ! within the first few months it gave me tremendous problems.and as i am speaking, it does not scroll either up/down ! i have a horrible time surfing the net! wow!!!

make sure you have windows mobile 6.5 standard because its the newest software available for the snap.
