what happened to my i-mate jam the sounds won't function anymore? was it maybe because during the time when the programs were installing and my younger brother cancelled some of the programs? where can i be able to fix this her in cebu,philippines?

why is it that the cellphone had been charged overnight and the main battery is full already while the backup battery is not? from time to time there's a message that pops up saying:"to prent data loss charge the battery according to owner's manual" why is this happening? do you have a service center in the philippines? particularly in cebu?

I have used i-mate since 2005 it was very nice but recently I have got a broblem in sound or mic I dont know I mean when I make a call Idont hear and the other side dont hear me ,
could any body help me and tell me how can I fixed the broblem and where ?
