Have been using this phone for sometime now but the battery does not last long and it charges fully in less than an hour.

I have been using this phone since November 2009. When I started using the phone, It was given me all kinds of problem. But after making three trips to the LG service centre, it started working fine. Now I enjoy the phone more than anything. it is actually one of the coolest phone around, especially with the dual active sims. if you are having problem with it going off intermittently, just clean the battery pins, that was what I did with mine and since then it has never gone off.

I have used Phillips Xenium, Samsung D880 ( not user friendly)and was hoping that i can rely on the LG to deliver something better. Call clarity is good, but touch screen sensitivity is driving me up the wall. SMS feature has a brain of it's own. I will find so much satisfaction throwing it against the wall.
A word of advice, you should only trust mainstream manufacturer's, maybe Motorola has the answer.

I bought the LG KS660 about a year ago and it's my biggest regret. The camera gives you blurred pictures, the battery life is very poor.....last a day and a half and the touch screen is driving me mad. I usually turn it off and remove the battery then reboot when it starts to act up but I have to do it like three times before I can get the screen going again. The only plus for this phone is the dual sim, but if you can't get to make a call when you are ready to, what good is it? I am very, very disappointed with this phone and I won't recommend it to anyone. Waste of money, time and it's going to stress you out tremendously.

It's driving me totally nuts and I am about to smash it. I think when you pay so much money for a phone it should at least last you more than two years. I am very disappointed with it.

great phone, you need patience to learn to uyse it. it is veesatile, very responsive, and has very good connections, botrh sim cards work on incoming, but you have to switch primary lines and reboot to use other sim catd. i have t-mobile web2go very workable and att. phopne is a dream once you get used to it. shes is like a lady and tempermental, but works like a real machine, when you learn how to use it. quality phone with multi-languiage ability,,,russian and it's surrounding countries, chine, three dilects, and koren. i've seen no other phone on the market to compare. worth ever bit of $125, i bought from hassellfreecell in new york via amazon.com, music is great. i have a 4gb chip with over 300 songs, the quality is akin to my ipod touch 4generation!! need more be said. i will be able to sell these phones in mexico for 300.00 each and make a nice profit. thank you lg for a really nice phone which folks aren't patiente enought to learn to operate...ha ha

my advice,don't even think to buy this mobile. the touch screen is nonsense and it will drive you crazy when you will try to touch the name 5 or 6 times to call it.document reader is crippling and you will not be able to read anything. 5 MP camera acts worst than a real 2 MP camera, for all this I decided not to consider LG again

Guy's Don't buy it, if you want dual Sim better you go for Samsung.

useless phone , fed up with this .. bought from universsal for 14k, Perfroamance service also poor . junk sms, poor tuch screen response, slow , wiil make u mad .....
i,m searchig for a another good phone . obviously not LG...

this is one of the worst phone I have ever used.
1.5 MP camera works worst than nokia 2 MP camera,I always get blurred image.
2.Sms jumbles by itself.
3.call list is not accessible,
4.resently sms incoming and outgoing is blocked,
5.till now each and every part of my mobile is replaced and there is no chance of replacement of this mbile set.
6.sms can be stored in microsoft excel mode which cant be restored in this cell again.
7.touch screen is rubbish,
8.functions are much less as compared to nokia and samsung.
9.services of LG are not good means they will entertain the complains but permanent solution will not be given.
10.with in 6 months my mobile is formetted for 6 times,and each time my important sms are lost,no list is lost.
11.many of a time I recieves each sms for 10-15 times daily.
12.sound is so so
13.only good thing is dual sim......but whats the use of paying 10,000 rs instead of 2-3k.
overall this mobile and company is pathetic plz for god sake dont buy this phone.
