just call tmobile up and theyll help you step by step, they dont have the fone in theyre book to read on what to do,so it takes a while but they got mine to work

this fone IS awesome, youre right (below) i ordered this fone from cellhut.com and everythings great, except battery doesnt last long with music player, but rhe fact you can put a memory care is cool and i had to call tmobile too to get the internet ...
