I have a lg ku800 and i've never had any problems it is a really awsum fone

But: it does not worth the price. Nice phone, easy to use, but should be very delicate with the touch screen. Alwasy get dirty and may not work porperly. The accu is also bad. NOt good enough.I have Vista, and it does not sync with my phone...Though I have it from more than 1 year, but i totally regret I bought is.sorry

I'v used mine 4 ova a year now, from a friend who used it b4 selling it 2 me. The warmtouch misbehaves slightly when it gets too hot, from prolonged use; eg when browsing 4 long. But returns 2 normal after few minutes of 'rest'. LG KU800 is close to 100% durable, strong, seriously! Mine has fallen from shoulder-height on concrete surface, sometimes face down. It is still fit. So if the whole world tells u this fon is bad, Atta Kusi is telling u: THE WHOLE WORLD DON'T KNOW KU800.

i'av had mine for about 2 years with no problems at all. i don't know wat u guys are on about. its a great phone!
