Hi,

Since 3 years I am using this phone. At present I am facing some issues with this.

While talking to some one, it is automatically going to shutdown mode. I mean it is getting switched-off.

Please let me know, what is the issue.

This mobile is amazing, i bought this tough nokia 1200 last 2008 until now 2012 it performs very well despite of the previous falls and break ups on the road 3x while riding a motor.

i have this phone. Now i am faceing some problem related to this phone. Whenever i am going to recharg it, a notification showing on the display. Test mode... And its not working now. no light nothing.. Please tell me what i have to do now.

I love this phone this was my grandmother's phone and my first phone its working perfect i have bought a touchscreen phone nokia 5250 but i still like this phone better as its battery time is great and it is really strong it fell several times but still working in top condition

I have had this phone for almost two years now and it was a gift to use in Indonesia during a job there. I love it. It is unlocked and I have used it in Europe, South America and the Caribbean in many countries and it never disappoints. The sound is very clear and it holds a charge sometimes for months in my backpack. I was using another phone and had forgotten about it for like 6 months and landed in Venezuela where the charges for my normal phone were atrocious. I found it in the backpack and bought a sims card and it still had nearly a full charge. Incredible. Now I have cards for like six countries for it. It is small and light and you'll almost forget about it in your pocket. I just smashed the screen two days ago on a work site and am trying to find a screen for it before I return to the U.S. so I can get it repaired before my next trip. I love it more than my other phones.

very strong phone. i have on its been a few years i am using it. it is still going strong. i recommend this phone to people who only want to make a call or get a call or get a text message or send one. further more the flashlight works great, the games are good, sometimes addictive. but yea. you won't regret buying one.. good luck users. i personaly use the blackberry curve 8520 wich suks..

suggetion to Nokia-

hey nokia, you can once again grab market by making basic monochrome display phones which would have dimensions nearly 90 x 45 x 13mm (no matter if display becomes more small)

yeah, ppl would love calculator size basic phone which fits into their shirts pocket easily, so grab the chance..

Due to its long battery life feature, I use this phone as my home phone n inserted my permanant number in it.. Yeah just like in old days we have landline phones.. It fully serves its purpose, gives 3 days battery backup...

Actualy these type of (having monochrome display) phone have long battery life.. But for getting more/ maximum battery life you can turn off Backlights.. Go to settings-display settings-backlight time-off

this method really gives more battery life...

This is realy a nice phone.. bought it in 2007, still working great, no any problem yet.. i use it as my 2nd phone for calling purposes.. (for multimedia n net, i use N70)

my phone 1208 one day when i turn it off to charge and thin when it finish charging i found the mobile ask about secuirty code i try to put all code i think but no way also i try 0000 no way i put anther sim but no way please help me it is really emergency

Superb Bettery Back up... if u wanna only use the mobile 4 talking long time u can buy this fone bcoz bettery back up is wonderfull.....
