Quality of s/w is poor. Once in 2 months u need to take to nokia showroom for s/w upgrade. Doing this consistantly kills the phone where it becomes useless.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiii I likes so much Nokia 5220 Xpessmusic. Its my Favourite Mobile & i m satisfied from that mobile

everything is fine, but it takes frequent flash when internet is used or the connection is activated....that's why it works 50% of its capacity.

if your phone is getting very hang and it is getting switch of automatically, then update the software of ur phn u can check which software is currentaly in ur phn, u can chk by pressing *#0000# then go to www.nokia.com and check the latest software version of your of ur phn download ovi suite not the pc suite because thr pc suite u cannot update ur phn....install ovi suite if u have broad band connection at your home then u can update ur phn by ur self....but note then before installing make the backup of ur phn memory and take out ur memory card....else your memory card can get lock.........

What a nice phone when it comes to surfing the net, music playing n camera quality. But d rapid rate of virus infection is a major concern, have flashed mine about thrice, it trips of 4 no just cause, and when u power it on it displays blank screen alone, overall assesment not that reliable.

the most garbage phone ever been created. tired of sending this trash to nokia shop. Avoid this phone or you will suffer endless nightmare like me
