Mine's in his 9th year.... still works and I just had to change my first battery a couple of months ago. Best phone ever (i don't care of the colours going down, or trivial stuff) - wroks, accepts calls, accepts messages.

Once used to be mine. Unfortunately, mine was stolen after 2 weeks of use. From the 2 weeks, I can see that the build quality wasn't that good. The chrome lining started to wear off after the first week. I don't know why, I felt dissapointed with that. The camera quality was owkey though. For a very high price, it didn't have the features that all of its competitors have in that price range. I was fairly dissapointed but yeah...

i have had one for five and a half years and it STILL WORKS . . . . only 2 days ago the hinge on the fold began to loosen . . . but it still works. i am a true nokia fan

Unless you want a smart phone which I also have, I find this phone to be a very good back up especially for travel. No problems with it.....was so happy with it I bought a second one.

this phone was amazing got this phone in 2006 and loved it took alot of abuse and i love phones with external antenas dont know why i do prob because of how it looks cool but this phone was very good phone i used it until 2008 when i got an upgrade used it as a spare phone for a cuple of years but last summer it went swiming in my pocket loved this phone

This phone rocks. Just love everything about it! The stylish look, the devilish antenna, the smooth plastic finish, its folding design, everything! Its camera is also clear, and even if it has no blue-tooth and has a low memory, a good mobile phone like this one is hard to replace! Nokia 6101 is the BEST!
