hi..i meant like where do you download the applications you want to install on your e71?this is my first smartphone,im not very conversant with all this..thanks

I am 35 but cannot type an sms becuz too small and fedup ad uncomfortable bought pearl white 420$ when E63 is launched but hopless to use. It is smart but not pratical fate will be same as E61, much better but too broad to hold.

Plus the 'O' is in the wrong place - over to the right, looks almost impossible to dial a number, particularly international number with '+' which is only thing prevent me from buying this phone right now

Searching for name from telephone no. is possible from Search: Internet and my content.
Though it doesnt give accurate info.

best phone ever, especially for people who texts and emails a lot, like me. i don't think i will ever find any other phone that matches me so nicely, if only it has a 3.5 audio jack... ;)

How is it to dial telephone numbers on the keyboard? I dial lots of +49 +61 international numbers and looks difficult to see the number keys. Anyone have practical experience they can share?

where can i download the latest software for it??
as my phone sometimes tends to freeze on me and i took it back and changed it for a new one and its doing the same problem i read someone wrote you have to update the software

Thanks a lot for your input guys. I'm not really into listening music on the phone, I have my ipod for that. And the E71's screen is big enaugh for my needs, but I still have a question about playing videos. I read somewhere that the E71 lacks HW grafic accelerator (I hope that the right term) hence the video playback is not that good. Do programs like SmartMovie (which support .avi format)work on this phone? Thanks.

But if you want something serious and more sofisticated go for E71.
