I have had this phone for nearly 2 years now and it is rubbish, it does not read an external memory card, I cannot access my photo's or my video's anymore and I have no doubt that will happen to the sound soon too, I cannot see a calling list so I never know who my missed calls are from and my phone randomly crashes and has to restart. My advice to anyone wanting to buy this phone is DON'T BOTHER! It is not worth buying no matter how cheaply you can get it, when I took mine back to the O2 shop they said they had seen loads of Ice phones with similar problems. This phone is completely pointless!

Hi I am using O2 Ice from last 5 months. It is really very nice and user friendly phone. Only one thing i faced ahtat wen ever I restarted the phone it shows "Insert Sim Card" message. I need to start it again again 2-3 times to detect the sim. i am using 1 GB card with it and it is working perfactly fine. I am searching for the PC sync software for O2 ICE on net but could not find it. Please mail me at sanjeev.demra@gmail.com if anybosy have idea about from where to get the s/w.

1. yup, blank call log is a common problem, my fone was witched off for sm days or so nd d problem gt solved itself.

2. the cd is supplied wid d packaging.

3. and d speaker is at d back side which is always pressed, so dats y its low.

Hi All,

I am using O2 ice for last 1 year and having problems as below:
1. Speaker ring is very low
2. I don't have CD to install plugin to Use USB.
3. My Call log is not working given blank details.

Please help me, if someone is having any solution for my above queries.

when i purchased o2 i was overwelmed with joy that something different i hav choose. but this time software problem has occured in my mob so plese suggest me what should i do , and where is the servicing center of o2.

i am not being able to send images from my O2 ice phone to my laptop via bluetooth? I can only recieve cannot send...any solutions??

ok i am stuck,
i have called customer services too
when i put in pc suite it downloads and everything and opens fine then i connect the wire then the programme says the phone isnt connected i have reinstalled it and everything it just wont work! HELP! BEFORE I GO CRAZY

I have this phone it is so good and if u lost the disc for pc suite to put or get photos on or to the comp. Why not buy a bluetooth adaptor? The phone has bluetooth. Gees people these days!!!!!

my phone o2 have a problem.i have o2 phone 1 years.the problem is:when j click the answer button than telephone not working and than i wait ti recovering and than i can talk.something is not ok but j dont no what?
i ve been in service for phone but they say me no tools for this phone in macedonia.i love this phone please help me.i am from macedonia

have this phone, crashes every now and again so you have to send it to the shop to get it fixed which is pointless. o2 dont sell it anymore as its crap, wouldnt recommend buying it off ebay unless desperate

i have O2 ice and its internal memory is 32mb now it is 28 free but and in the pc suite it show empty but when i open the memory status it shows other file is filled with 2mb i want to reset this but i had forgotten its password and i m also facing problem when i open its any folder it shows waiting please help me
