i have had the pantech matrix for 3 years and has not givin me any problems. i am geting a new phone today because it has goten old and is not working any more. I love this phone and am going to try as hard as i can to find another one. BEST PHONE EVER!!!!!

i've had this phone for over a year now and i drop it all the time it is still an amazing phone but the vibration is soo obnoxious

when i had this phone it held more memory than any phone ive had.it can hold alot of videos, music, textxs and i loved it.but when it broke it made me sad.like its hella heavy and the vibrate is really loud.but it was good for when im on the couch and left it on the counter i could hear it and be like "oh thats where it is".and when u loose it in the couch and its on vibrate it comes in handy.i absolutely loved the phone.its really sensitive and all but a good thing to have.

i HATE this phone. i've had this phone for quite some time and it is a first class piece of junk. first of all, it's HUGE. secondly, it's ring and vibration is far to loud for my taste. if your phone is on vibrate you shouldn't be able to hear it from the other side of the room, with this phone that's not an option. another factor is that the thing freezes up constantly and it takes forever to delete things off of it. my matrix also doesn't hold but 145 texts and then i have to delete them all which takes forever. sometimes it wont even let me make calls, it just tells me over and over emergency calls only (very annoying).
the only good thing about this phone is that i've dropped it about 500 million times on concret, pavement, ground, bathroom, car, etc. and it still seems to work. however the paint chips way to easy and the phone itself chips.

This is the most durable phone ever. I can out of experience say I've dropped this phone, thrown it across my campus onto pavement, watched it bounce down stairs, slid it open up and down side to side millions of times, and it refuses to break.

It's a feature called smart limits and costs about 5 bucks a line per month...you set it up online and then bingo! the exboyfriend cant call or text your daughter. I have had this phone for about two years. The problems i have with this phone are that you cant put a signature on it, it turns off and on out of the blue, and i can not find a case for it anywhere. My advice is not to try to slide it both ways at the same time cuz mine broke when i tried it. But on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 7.

If you want to take long videos, you need to change the res to 176x144 and then your good. I think the 30second video-clips is the setting for text size videos, while that setting is for unlimited. (Only limited by memory.)

I've had this phone for almost two years and I'm super exited to get a new one. This phone doesn't do anything exept for call and text. You can't play any games because it costs money because of the airtime and same with the GPS and mobile browser. If you just want a phone to text and call then this phone is perfect for you, but if you want a phone that can do stuff then get something else. It does turn on and off which is annoying. Also you can't change the text tone, which is always super loud. The vibrate is suuuuppppeeeerrrr loud. It sratches really easily, has bad sound quality, and takes forever to delete text. also the camera doesn't have zoom, the keys get sticky and u can only hav like 30 second videos.

i hate this fone. ive had it for about a year. the display went out once. and eery one i get has a problem with freezing and turns itself on and off. i cant stand it. i think ive replace it under warrenty 4 times! my charger barely works and my battery only last like 7 hours. im excited to ditch this fone for the blackberry 9000. do not get this fone!

Ive had this phone for a year! It is pretty cool, if you don't mind it being so fat. lol. Its got to be the most durable phone. Ive went swimming with it three times in my pocket while it was on, and it works great. Its fallen everywhere...the shiny paint stuff did come off, just the dull red on it now. Its easy to use...sometimes a little too easy, which it could do more. but for whats its worth, its pretty good.

This phone is still awesome. I had mines for almost a year now & the only problem i have had so far with it is the stupid charging cover came off the phone. Nothing else, absolutely nothing else. It doesn't freeze like what people say. Maybe its just how technology is. Sometimes you get a good one & sometimes you get a defectid one. O & i keep good care of mines. I have a screen protecter on it. But i never bot a case for it. No scratches though because i always keep it in its own pocket. My keys & other things never are in the same one as my phone. I do this because i heard it scratches easely, so i am not going to take any chances. Other then the charger hatch coming off the phone, this phone is awesome. Really really awesome!!! Thanks for reading & if I were to reckamend this phone, I would say. Get it if you dont mind the thickness & it being a little heavy. You should be careful & should not slide it too too much because some people say it can break that way.
