bought this Samsung S5560 phone 4 days ago (Gifted to my Wife) For camera, sound and touch screen technology - Congratulations.
5 MP camera is not up to the mark - The camera is the best that i have seen in this class, i mean really good.
Result is like an ordinary mobile phone camera. When you say ordinary phone which phone are you referring to?
Flash is very bad, LED flash is really good takes better pics even in night.
One should not expect quality like dedicated Digital Camera from Mobile phone. Yeah i agree with you, coz digital camera is made to take pics..where as this is a phone with built in camera, however i disagree with you for the camera clarity and quality
SE cybershot series or Nokia N series is better for Camera. Not all the Nokia N series camera's are better. As far as SE is not concerned i have heard its better but i have never used it so cannot comment on that
Sound is ordinary - only in though phone speakers, i meant to say it is not loud enough but its got the clarity.
also with earplugs - I disagree the sound thru ear phones are amazing, the best ear phones i mean ear phone quality is good.
Just like Nokia Phones - no comments.
Music Lovers should not try any phone other than SE Walkman series. W810i - Crystal clear sound - Guaranteed. I don't understand why SE discontinued that quality model.
Touch screen and other features of S5560 are very good. Nobody can beat within the price range - Well said...the touch sensitivity is really good, and even the price range is extremeley good.
No issue about reception quality. Very Good - I agree
Not tested on Wi-Fi - Same here never tested on WI FI.
Still, lot of scope for improvement - I agree lot of features can be added and the existing one can be improved to perform much better.
Overall its good touch screen instrument power packed with lots of features for 10K INR to start with.
Value for Money.
My comments.
Video streaming is pretty neat, Buffers very quickly, but slighlty lags in play back. But it depends on your network signal strength.
P.S.: Dont try to stream videos from youtube thru GPRS or EDGE, coz it will cost a lot. I paid 70 INR/= for a 8 min clip.
Has a time delay when u want to a answer a incoming call, you press the answer button and after 3 or 5 secs it gets connected.
Phone's Vibration mode is strong enough to wake u up from sleep ...lol!!!

But take care of Smart Unlock on Speed dial. Use Structural Character for Contact adding speed dial. Using I L may lead to dial auto on lock mode.

Phone Profiles --> Normal --> Change --> Click "New Message" Popup Menu at top --> Click Message alert tone --> Click Sounds --> Add Mp3
That's all. Not tested on WAV but may be it works
