i was also having the same problem of alarm failure. all i did is that i went to the service centre(samsung customer care) and got the software updated and it worked. now the problem is solved. you should try it.

Gadget Man, thank you very much for your information. Some comments: - I thought that all new phones provide visual feedback (i.e. blinking of the light) for lost calls. I see I was wrong. I don't understand why manufacturers don't add this feat...

The worst thing about this phone is it does not support games or very few games u can play on it. So if u r game lover just don't go for it(very bad phone for games and application). No application no games it will support nothing u cant find ...
