I am going nuts cos my ax72 turns off also,i did have a copy of full manual but my daughter deleted it - nokia here i come!

well I thought it was just me ,one minute the phones on,then off,also one quick phone call & the battery s flat,BUT I still think a half decent phone,Also very tough.

this is kind of funny but still i have to know coz i love my ax72! where can i buy the battery for my siemens ax72? am serious..

Its a good set. And it was my first handset. Still it is working. My father use this along with Samsung D500 for another number. But I was not able to connect to PC through USB thats a problem.

Off course it alsolooks good.

A real good handset! Its simple, it looks cool and is very easy to handle. It was my first cell and I just love it. I bought it in 2005 and its still working good for me. Though at present its not my primary handset, but I couldn't throw it away.

I was out in a very seedy part of Jakarta and dropped my AX72 into a very nasty bubbling cesspool of a sewer. i picked it up after it was fully submerged, wiped it off and it still works just fine. it is a durable product. i love it even though it's kind of smelly now.

All is good.But I can't download any games via wap.When i start to download it shows " download failed"

For those who can't find batteries for the AX72, I found some at cellphoneshop.com. I haven't had a chance to find out how long they last, but at least there are still some available.

I bought one 2 years ago,it started to turn itself off, When I contacted customer care line they sent me a FREE new battery & its been good as ever .I think a half decent phone!

my AZX72 is not turning on but the battery is full. Itstarted by flashing the light on the pads in an on-off scenareo then later on stopped working , please I beg you with options.

The Siemens mobile AX72 is cheating mobile. The battery can be used only half of theyear.No one have the battery No body should buy any Siemens company product especially mobile handset.

Battery often getting down. Low battery bakup. After getting fully charged, Battery backup is not coming even for 1 hr. After fully charged I made one call after that power back up is going down at zero level.

We have purchase the siemens mobile AX72, but before to completition of one year that baterry is creating lot of problem and we have not get any response from the siemens customer care. And in the market this baterry is not available and nobody give the correct address to purchase the new baterry. I am totally unsatisfied by the siemens mobile customer service.

Customer service sucks because Siemens has been bought by BenQ, becoming BenQ-Siemens, which has gone bankrupt. So you're on your own! I think showrooms actually want to get rid of Siemens phones.
