I bought it because I had an older siemens which worked fine. However I put my sim in this one and charged it up and whem I switched on I just got a blank screen with virgin logo. Phoned siemens who said I needed to download all the wallpaers,sounds games etc from there web site did that didnt work! Phoned Tesco helpline and lady very helpful went through the menu with me. Scary thing Master reset did not need a pin or code of any kind but still no joy. So I took it back. Temproy mobile phone less ntil I can get into nearest town to look at others :-(

iv worked out how 2 use the infared on my cl75 but then i dont no where the song goes 2 could any one help?

can anyone tell me how to reset and change the phone code, it is not accepting the usual siemens factory setup phone code 0000 .

i have CL75 a week ago but still i could not set my phone code, usualy siemens factory setup phone code is 0000 which does not work with me. please anyone can help.

poppy phone its lovely and looks really cute but the infa red doesnt work only when you get a usb cable for a pc infa red so therefore you cannot have extra ring tones etc...or pics sent to your phone and the ring tones that are on there are not very good.
Thats my opinion on this phone hense im looking to sell this one and get another make!!

i have a huge problem cant get sound to work on sound recorder and video capture how crap is that did master reset n ive lost everything lol jus my luck only got it today pls say sum1 can help

i bought my phone about 3 months ago i put it on silent when i went to cinema and now for the life of me i cant remember how to get all ringtones back on, as now i cant hear when it rings or when i get a msg, its really doing my nut in. can any one tell me how to sort it out? x

i love my pink poppy phone had motorola v220 befor and pic quality was crap compared to my poppy phone and i find it so easy to txt with

Can anyone help, I love my siemens cl75 but i cant work out how to set it to let the ringtone go for more than 5 seconds on text messages, its quite irritating as I only get 5 seconds of ringtones that I have downloaded that last 90 seconds, please can someone help me ?

In Reguards to you last message tigger, the icon that appears to be a sim card in the bottom left, is to tell you your inbox is full, you will need to delete sent/inbox messages :)

How do i get to send and recieve MMS, i have set my poppy phone up but, when i get a MMS i have ... push accept?? yes or no and when i say yes nothing happens all help is welcome.... cheers

right ive had this fone since febuary so 4 a few months and it was crap wen i got it coz it didnt work at all the screen went all fuzzy and totally froze and wouldtn turn off so i took it bac to the shop n got a new 1 its bin fine eva since!!!! now ma picture mesages are fine but wen i came bac to ma fone 2day to find 3 pic messages on ma fone i went to go n download em to read them and ma gprs ent workin could u tell me y????

Ok..so its cute.. but thats about all it has going for it... I charged new one up and then went into to to find no ringtones wallpaper etc...called Virgin and give them their dues.. a replacement handset was delivered to my workplace the following day... cant ask for better service... but does not take away from quality of phone, rubbish ringtones, rubbish lighting on pictures and video, rubbish sound on voice recorder, poor help menus, poor themes to choose from, and despite never having used it yet,,, the charge is done after two days...have not topped up phone yet.. might never do so... think i'll stick to my old Sagem until I can afford a decent phone,,,

This phone is the worst phone I have ever had! Firstly the battery life is pathetic, and secondly I've only had it a few months, and occasionally it blacks out and dies on me, and now it has a flashing symbol saying I have a voicemail message, when I don't! It doesn't have all the features my Motorolla had, and it doesn't have a silent option! WORST PHONE EVER! Just because they put it in a pretty case, doesn't make it good.
