Just press and hold the last bottom key on the right hand-side which has a (#) sign untill you find a locking sign on the screen.to unlock just follow the same proceedure.

This cell phone is not support the MP3 file but it can handle the wav file. So if you want to listen your favorite songs convert the sounds file to wav files and copy them to its MMC.
