This phone is FANTASTIC .... any1 due a upgrade or lookin 4 a new handset TRUST ME the G2 is the best phone out there by a country mile ..... had mine 4 2days now and im blown away by it ..... u wont b disappointed G2 TOUCH is awesome !! GET 1 people

From What I've heard this phone lacks the Sense user interface (since HTC does not allow other parties to use this interface). This is the only difference with the HTC Hero.

Is this coming out in the US???!?! hopefully it does
anyway its basically the htc HERO with a t-mo sticker on it...better than the my touch 3g by miles however

I would assume that this phone is not being released in the US, only because TMobile uses different 3G frequencies. I wish they'd release this one here. I like the MyTouch, but this one's a little slimmer...

the only good thing I see is the 3.5mm jack and 5mp camera update (still no LED flash)

it still uses the same processor that G1 have still weights about the same as the G1 even without the full qwerty keyboard (to me it's a plus)

I'd wait until maybe G3 comes out ... with a faster processor and maybe a true north (digital compass) in the google map mode not just in street view
