If you didn't update your phone you can't see the videos in MP4 format. Only 3GP format videos will be played in the phone.

If you update the phone you can play MP4 videos and that too in a specific format. i.e. you have to convert the videos in that format. I used a free software called format factory which is available in brothersoft website. Install and run that software. Select All to mobile device from the left side panel and add the video files and then click output setting. In the pop-up window click Motorola and select Motorola V3x,Z,Zn and click OK, OK. Now click start. This is a simplified process instead of manual settings. Hope you understood this time.

err. why is the feature different. in the internet the features are great but when I bought it the icons and features are different. do I need to upgrade it to have that kind of Icons like this? its features is like that of the alcatel groove but mine was alcatel 710-d.

this phone is crap. don't buy because you're just wasting your money. the processor is not highly sensitive. when you're texting, its takes forever. you'll getting piss off.
