Battery back up is good, but the keypad is very bad, the camera is not so good,along with it is advertised the 4 Gb micro SD support, on the other hand it does not support the 2 GB micro SD. The body of the mobile is not so strong. The steel like part is only show, in a brief after 4 months it looks like my phone is 3 years older, so, I decied not use LG product in future.

how can i get the restoring factory setting for kp199 as i am unable to browse the wap due to faulty configuration setting. can u help me quickly or send me the aforesaid setting password on my email id i.e.

ya..my cell celebrated its 2nd birthday on 30th of august 2010...im happy wid my phone..a simple and a cheaper when compared to prices at that period of buy..battery backup was so good as we feel that as we are using a new battery in that phone after 2years of service also...

yes i am using kp199 2yr.and i have no problum .
its batery is so good kabhi dhoka nahi deti ...
long time batery backup .
i cant chang this mobile .

the phone is very good, especially the feature that is battery back up which is so high in this phone and i am very happy with this......

it is a bad phone.Because it didnot have pc suite.it not support theme...etc.
