I found at the Opera Mini Site that Opera Mini 3 Basic works on this model. I didn't know the Motorola C115 has GPRS or WAP. Can someone help me? Thanx.

Incredible phone, bought it in Spring 2004 and still use it - the battery is good for almost a week (yup, 6-7 days).

This is a very excellent and indestructible phone, why the manufacturer doesn't produce it anymore?

How to unlock the phone in case of the phone sold by telecom service provider, this is a bit embarrassing but one of the delivery boy in my office got the phone from Vodafone India, but he can not use any other operator's SIM in it.
(Can they even put lock in a phone like this?)

I used this phone for some time and believe me, it was the best I ever bought so far... Ready to buy if un-used available right now.

Pluses: Really excellent battery life (easily a week or two when few outgoing calls) probably due to simple LCD display. Still using phone with same battery since about 2003/4. Easy enough to use. Very robust in pocket without any kind of wallet. Rounded shape easy and comfortable in pockets too. Humble distinctive ringtone/vibro combos make it easy enough to distinguish calls from texts. No unstable software or intermittent connectors so you feel you can trust it. Available with Virgin PAYG in the UK.
Minuses: Paint worn off top left and right silicone buttons. Inbox text message capacity somewhat limited to about 16 which is bad if you like to keep the odd text for ever! When you take the back off the battery can disconnect and the only way to lock it in again is to take it right out so you can insert one end first and lever it in. This can loose the clock. No tri-band so no good visiting USA from UK. Charger beeps loudly when done - not a good idea in the middle of the night, a visual cue would suffice. When offline takes a while to discover signal returned and so it has to be turned off-on again to repeat search for signal. Some trivial unnecessary menus like screensaver options present but non functional but thats fine.

plus:
- long running with a load
- small
- cheap
- all you need.
MINUS:
- worst possible userinterface (do you really want to write an sms? really, really?) AND difficult to handle/understand
- many common words and names not known by the automatic
- phone sounds very unprofessional, like for kiddies - phone sounds not loud enough for alarm
- crossbuttons in the middle to small/near to others (needs to change hand position to click)
- several other points... i hate it, but i still use it for work because its no loss when damaged.
