Has a low limit on number of files on the SD card. If the card has more files the phone is not able to create any new file. There is also some limit on the length of file so I cant see all my mp3. I just bought in promotion in Aldi and learned that Samsung didnt fix that, altough the phone is quite long on the market.

This is a very dissapointing phone,please do not buy it if You ever think you could drop it on concrete floor. It will break as my did.

Owned almost 2 years. Very tough. Great battery. Screen too small for internet. Recommended for calls and texts only. Decent Radio, MP3/MP4 playback. Camera ok.

as far as i am concern of this phone is obviously waterproof i swam on it in my swiming pool at night while putting on the light of the phone...so far i have no regrets.i am happy of its performance and toughness !!!

hard phone for people who want a phone, have droped my of scaffolds, in sand and once to the bottom of a river and still works. epic a proper phone !

My samsung b2100 work very good 1 year,now something wen*t wrong.Phone "died" it wont respond, monitor is "frozen" and displey shows B2100 SAMSUNG and number 18000006. Help me with advice.

Curious that there are so many complaints on the features. this phone is designed as a basic ruggedized cell phone. If you want a quality music player, buy an IPod. If you want a camera, buy a camera. If you want a GPS, buy a GPS. Buying a "Cell Phone" and complaining that it's not something else seems a bit silly to me.
I am actually curious how effective the phone is at being a phone. How is the operation in a fringe area? How is the basic intelligibility for communications (not sound quality of music playback)? I am looking for a phone that won't quit if I use it in the rain, or it drops off the hood of my truck. I work in poor reception areas and need a phone that won't be constantly dropping calls due to a poor antenna. I need a phone to talk on, not text, surf the net, or listen to music. Any takers on a real evaluation instead of whining that you didn't do your homework and realized it's not a full featured GPS?

the best phone i ever had....... ruff and tuff phone... so many times i throw it on the wall on my frnds requst... ltrs of water thrown on it by my frnds.... but the best thing it still working.... i hav only one issue with this phone... low internal memory which create problem while using internet by browser... but the best phone i had ever seen.......... sayonara

i love this phone ,who ever said its not good are just bad or unlucky phone users .this phone drops a lot ,just today in 1 minut i was i a hurry i fell twise ,no sim card failure,just a scrach .good sounds and flash light,its the best

Worst phone ever had , voice clarity poor , feedback through blue tooth unbearable ,large font size is small compared to others , menu's are awkward

This is the best mobile I have ever had, Ive had mine for over 2 years and I would'nt swap it for any new touch screen phone, the torch is great

I am a builder and do a lot of sea rowing and always have my B2100 wherever I go, it has been fantastic and has lived up to all its specs. The only trouble that has been its demise is that the little waterproof flap which protects the charging socket suffered from perpetually being opened and closed and eventually fell off un-noticed! The next time the phone got splashed it died on me. I'm not put off as I am going to replace it with the same model. The perfect phone for outdoor roughy toughies!
