> In reply to Anonymous @ 2010-02-15 20:53 from N7DXHey relax. I was talking about the screen. I've read plenty of posts here complaining about the yellowish screen. But you've got to admit, C510 looks slicker and the design is better (though of poorer build quality). Sigh.

> In reply to dapper @ 2010-02-13 05:26 from vxrcThanks for the info dapper. Now I know my c510 has "better" screen (based on what you've said).
Better call and build quality, higher battery capacity (950 mah would do), and improved camera performance at night (a flash that works like Nokia 6303), c510 would have been perfect.

I sold my C903 after seeing its poor quality shots O.O
Its camera is cheap by all means.
I sold it lossing about 70% of its prize.
I didn't try C901 but reviews says its a good camera phone.

Hey guys, I need to know if this phone offers "chat style" messaging like C903? It's kinda cute. Well if it does, I'll go for this phone rather than c903 heard c903's camera doesn't quite fit it's 5MP cybershot name.

i think the thing about having the yellowish shades of the pictures taken with this phone isn't just about how we take the shots or that there is so much light with the xenon flash, but it's all about the LCD of this phone..... if you are just that observant, comparing the display of this phone to others, like c510, you could see the great difference........ yellowish shades of pictures taken by this phone is just an effect of the (low quality) LCD type used in this unit, but the picture is actually good and well balanced in color if you try to see it with another phone .... ( take a pic with this unit, send it to other unit like c510, compare and validate....)

Hi OPA! Im also a user of dis phone''
I already saw ur post about the yellowish picture of ur C901, i experience that too'' Some pix tend to be yellowish because of the XENON FLASh, actually this is not jst bcause of the flash, its because of our index finger(or our other finGErs).. the flash is to bright which makes the reflection of our index finger which is so close to the lense(although its not blocking the lense) that makes the finger shadow visible but then produce a yELLOWish shadow in the ride siDe of the pICture(or whatever side).. So try to put ur finger a little bit far from the camera... That can help! TNX!

hi guys!
i have this phone for 2 mos now. nice phone. fast, simple SE UI, slim, nice candy bar design, good sounds, easy txting, good vid and nice cam. however, it seems that photos taken with its xenon flash, tend to be "YELLOWISH" (i have upgraded firmware but nothing changed). I've been using K750, N73 & K800 and it didnt gave me this 'YELLOWISH" probs. with those previous phones i've used, you can brag your pics directly after the shoot. my previous phones give more "natural color" when using flash (xenon or led) specially my k800. so when i shoot at night, i use my K800. but shooting outdoor, C901 is d best. good thing i still have my K800. Anyway i can edit my pics using photoshop. all in all, i rate this phone 9/10. GO GET ONE!
