i am usin this set for the last 8 months. main problem is of the typin key the scratch is occurin in the keypads , thn mor ovr we should have to take more care on this one because if its fallen once full display will be gone,,, my friends have experienced that.. thn the speaker quality is gud but some problem is there too..... any gud lukin cool handlin up phone in all the means

I am using this phone last 1 year and i'm happy to used,coz the camera picture is great like a crystal and music player is very clear and loud but poor ex- speaker.the big problem k550 is the way keypad will be hang and not work in right key,web key ,option key and activity menu.but overall is good.

the phone is very ok but i just have little promblem about it and that is the charging point i mostly use desk top charger in charging and also the case is gone too pls can u give me estimate on au much it will cost me to repair this thng and were i will get a bettter service from. thanks and GOD bless

i had been using this phone from last 18 months ilost it one month ago excellent sound qlty(even though less sound) falls frequently (but very strong)very good camera qlity with excellent flash and cheap

I have this phone for almost 1.5years and i never had a problem.the keys are a little irritating,but when you get used to it,it won't be problem.the battery is great till now.if you're looking for a cheap but excellent phone,then this is THE PHONE!!!

iam using this phone 4 almost 8 months now, n i had flashed it to w610 (k550 @ w610)n the music quality is absolutley great.even the expensive nokia higher end xpress music edition phones cant come near to this ones headphone audio quality,,,
this is a real value for money...

I have this phone since 2 years. it has fallen many times and now when i put its battery in it, it shows 0% charged (even when the battery is fully charged) and no signals.
tell me what t0 do..???

I m using this phone from last 1 year. It is a fantastic phone but it repairing charges are very costly. My phone was fallen from 2nd floor and its display and keypad were destroy. It has taken Rs 1576 to repair from the care center.
