Camera is awesome, music is pleasing and smartphone functions works really well. They could be incidentally a batch of phones which might have had some hw issues which causes the sw glitch but asking everyone to stop buying this is nonsensical.

Keep your opinions to yourself, go try a Pixon 12 if u want and u'll come running back to Satio in a week! At this specs and pricing, u need to have a smartphone which runs on symbian, winmo or android. Not some java crap phone!!!

i have had the satio for nearly 4weeks on contract with carphone warehouse on o2, iv had nothing but problems wit it from reciving and making calls, reception, internet, battary life, freezeing blacking out all sorts, wldt recommend this phone

Unless they are commercially produced, price of phones will remain high. That is why 5mp phones are reasonably cheap. 8mp phones will be cheaper next year as this is the roadmap for now.

Even in 2010, i don't see 12.1mp going to be norm. The roadmap for cellphone industry will be to move towards 5-8mp camera. Only 2011, we can see 12.1mpx. U may get one or two off springs here an there coming with 16mpx next year but its going to be pricey.

Satio is a wonderful phone. No major firmware upgrade needed now, just a couple of minor fixes for kinetic scrolling and a couple of buffer to free up the memory to avoid laggyness. Forget the rest, this year goes to Satio and X2.

Some of the people here are blur. iPhone is for the style. Sony is for camera. Understand?when u walk into rich peoples function, u hold iPhone. When u go to cheap restaurants or go out as aloner, u get this phone. It's simple.

does anyone knows the us version release date? any phone that doesn't release in the states will never be a big hit like iphone or pre. Sony is marketing by a bunch of brain dead zombies.
