Outdated camera features and outdated music player features = Nokia. And what about Nokia 6120's super cool built quality which will rust in a matter of time or what about Nokia 5610 expressmusic's audio quality that produces so many noise. Is that really a phone with a dedicated audio chip? How about N96? It has so many features that other people would want but how can you enjoy those features with a crappy battery.

Sooner or later, if things don't change, Samsung would eventually replace Nokia at the top.

But se will do well if they work over a great software and hardware like before 2008 as they anounce it.

sony/se/ericsson hater make me laugh so loud, you all no that every thing idou do is better than samsung but know you r on saying that the most famous music player in the world r bad!!!!! r u retardated or blind walk down the street you will see that all the phones out r se or nokia ones because of their quality samsung and lg phones stay in pockets because low battery and cheap material lol
Yeah samsung sells more than sony but don't get wrong it's not because of the quality nevermind it's just because of price cheaper material=cheaper price so when people see a bravia or viera or a japanese add on tv they buy a samsung or lg tv.
Can't you see samsung lose money in lcd sales because they rise prices and when samsung price will be the same of sony panasonic sharp or hitachi or philips ones it will be the end of samsung because the strengh of samsung is the price not the technology hahahaha get your cheap products cheap products fans lol

I have bought nothing but sony as they are quality. Tvs that last 20 years, I have 2 and a 15 year old video. There phones have always just let me down. This looks good but really we want an Iphone beating phone. We want an I phone but dont want an apple!

SE is the liar vendor thru their walkman,cybershot brands..the smart poeple at profesiönal site like GSMarena,Mobile-review,etc can detect se dirty gimmick,so they use rmaa tools and compared se + lg+sammy+nokia wisely and yeah ericsson has mediocre n bad overall quality compared to others

Walkman only push the Bass

While samsung gives balance between treble,bass,and clarity!

This SQ can be detect thru RMAA Analyzer and Thru Senn CX series or 1st class headphone

Then u'll know walkman only bass gimmick! And u can listen to the samsung sq whole days comfy! While u feel headache when listen 2 the walkman

Btw all of ipods family use samsung dsp chip,that's why ipod burried the walkman brand

why does everyone here say sony ericsson phones create great sound quality?

according to all reviews, and using my sister's walkman phone, it is very mediocre.

i reckon my innov8's sound quality will trump the idou's when it is released. obviously i have no way of knowing, but we'll see what gsmarena say.
