hi im a user of this phone,, no problem,, if you want the feature of cybershot phone you must buy c901 BUT if you want some walkman player w595 is not bad,, the speaker of the phone is just right,, the headset is good,, use hpm 70,, and one more thin...

One of the best phones i have seen... my 1st set was k800i. then i owned w595....It is more powerful than any other xpress music series.. i challenge them in all ways
