those problem are all software and hardware,it your phone is under warranty pls call your provider for repair or replacement,if the phone is under warranty the repair and replacement is for free,,unfortunately u cannot fix that with your barehand,it will be needing a program to fix that.

my device can't read my media card and i can't format it. the sd card is already inserted but it says "a media card is not presently inserted in the device".pls help how to fix it.

i take picture but i can't read them when i'm using my pc. each picture has an extension of rem in the file name. how can i fix this. example imgoo31.jpg.rem
