How about Xperia2? I recommend not to buy G series of SE, UIQ already stopped their updates.

| Hi, Thanks for the reply. Now that explains why it doesn't allow video streaming even though I'm using m.youtube.com on any opera browsers as well as the ucweb. Regarding the videos downloaded, will it be better to download the mp4 version then download it to the video codec that is supported by G900 rather than convert an FLV file? (bec the mp4 version of the file downloaded from youtube is clearer as compared to the flv). |

Yeh, that would work as well. You can download the .mp4 file and convert it but you can also try if the .mp4 can play on your phone so you won't have to convert it but for me I always convert it to 3GP so I won't have any problems specially when I'm in a hurry and doesn't have time to check whether .mp4 is playing on my phone or not. |

I encountered a strange problem on the G900 a couple of days back, the screen went blank but the phone is still on bec if I press the Keypad lock on the right side of the cellphone, a dim light becomes visible on the screen but you won't see anything still. What I did is I turned the cellphone off/on and it worked again. I know it is not a memory problem since my apps are installed on the memory card and I tried removing the memory card for quite a while but it happened again. But lately, everything seems to be ok. Just a bit concerned with what happened because it might be a sign that something is wrong with it and might have a greater problem in the future. Anyone who encountered the same problem? |

Hi there! This is one of the problems SE G900 had, One of the reason why it happens because it lacks of processor which is 208MHz only. Some people said to master reset your phone and update the firmware again and problems will be solved. I haven't tried it yet so its up to you whether you like to try it or not. There are instructions in SE website on how to Re update your firmware! |

Thanks, if it is a memory problem due to low processor then uninstalling apps will at least lessen the chances that it will crashagain. Maybe one reason why the YM Tiny on my phone can't let me log in anymore although I can still use the acct on other computers. It was working before until I encountered the problem. |

| How do you remove the back upper part cover of the G900? It is the one that covers the camera. There's a silver thing in between the batter cover and the camera cover, can I remove the camera cover without doing anything on this silver thing? Bec it seems like this silver thing is also blocking the camera cover from being removed. Is this cover removable at all or not? |

Hi! You don't have to remove the silver cover. First remove the back cover then remove the battery after just use a thin tool and just slide it on the black cover. see picture below.
Hope this help! |

Hi, anyone of you able to save messages to your computer including the folders you created in the phone? I'm using Phone Explorer and it saves the messages and the files but the software can only see the inbox, sent items and outbox but not the folders I created in the phone to sort out the messages. Maybe a different software is required for I tried all the options on the software I'm using but it realy won't show the folder in my phone.
Thanks |

Hi! there is a third party software called BestMessageStorer, it is only a free trial of 15days but works fine. You can view your other folders that you created and save them in .txt or .cvs format. |

I tried the firmware upgrade the other day but I'm still having the same problem. I also removed the memory card to make sure that the memory will be in minimal use. |
