Hi senior, i want to ask, did hero and magic can support the android donut version??? Can upgrade into v 1.6 & 2.0???

Is there anybody else that agree with the other brand that support android platform on their devices like acer, motorola, lg, and the other brand else except htc??? I think htc is the best brand that supported android platform and some kind of people would not like android share with the other brand except htc, just wany to know your opinions, thanks

Can someone please tell me easy way to install new version of yahoo mail that has yahoo messenger inside it? because when I browse yahoo it only comes up with yahoo classic that has no chat..

I know hero has installed g-talk, but not many of my friend have google mail.

glad to answer your question as I had that same one my self previously.

Application that you mean is Amdroid market whick already install there in your Hero. All you need to do is to browse and you can see hundreds of apps that you can choose to download for free.

As for wifi, yesterday I'm happenned to use it all day long, it works fine, and the speed is actually more depend on your wifi rather than the phone, b
because it supports 3G.

Hope it might help you to decide and enjoy your Hero.

To ALL: Hero is just won the gadget of the year by T3 magazine, as well as phone of the year Stuff magazine.
And google android is the best OS..

Hi,

Just as a quick question.
Does this phone have speicfic internet access? eg. i do not have a data plan, because i got a nice fast wifi at home and at work. I just wanna know if this phone can not connect to my carrier's 2G or 3G band? is that allowed in the setting? basically just wifi all day and all night.
Also i was wonderin how good of a phone is it? basically does it have alot of free applications and where will i get these appilcations and how will i install it?

this phone are great for android devices, but the teflon coating are worse, hope one day HTC will invent a new android phone again!! more advance, cool, and better material than hero
