Tried many ways, still can get the phone to last for a day, any solutions for the battery life, I am happy with the price, design, functions, pretty much everything except battery life.

Worst phone I've ever had. 1St handset gave no coverage at all, so store exchanged it (ELF) after 2weeks of frustration. 2nd handset lasted just 2 days, then it died. Now trying to negotiate different handset with carrier (as i'm under contract) They aren't being very co-operative, so as they say buyer beware!

my phone's wifi config corrupt after using hotspot tethering (had claim warranty only used for a week) this are the second time happen (after a week get back the phone)...don't know whether the hardware or firmware problem....awaiting firmware update by huawei...

all other sites don't mention that this phone have gyro sensor, only this site says that u8850 has gyro sensor. can you please clarify this.

anyone hv any idea when 2.3.7 available for vision?the signal is so damn poor and i suspect current 2.3.5 is the culprit...pls help

although its a nice designed phone and nice to touch and use. the battery life is very poor, and the reception is terrible. a lot of the time it had very low or no reception and 50% of the receiving calls would go straight to message bank with out ringing.
not a good experience with this phone, have had to go back to using my old Nokia E71 as it's much more reliable

Guys the Huwaei Vision is the most useless phone I have ever owned. It keeps switching off at times it will not hold charge for more than a minute. Tried calling manufacturers who were no help at all. Their attitude was "buyer beware". And this phone at $200.00++ is not exactly cheap. The Low cost HTC phones $150- $200 are so much better. This excuse of a phone is now my most expensive paper weight. This is a typical cheap chinese made product. Sorry Huwaei bye bye goodbye as far as I am concerned.

it's my 1st android but the network reception is poor as compare to my 2 years old nokia 5800...could anyone share what is the solution on this?it has max 1-2 bar...30% 1 bar,30% 2 bar and 40% no bar at all...

purchased this phone due to cost and features,had nothing but trouble from the word go.
keeps freezing and needs to be turned off/on again.fancy user interface not worth it as has to be loaded every time and you have to wait,worst problem is how hot the thing gets after about 5 mins of use it gets uncomfortable to hold and the back panel for sd card i cannot see lasting long took back to shop and purchased sony ericsson arc now very happy - one other point to mention battery life is useless - oh and dont bother trying to call huawei for help you can never get an answer even by email - dont bother
