not happy to have this product.i use to go at the service center...the keypad is always not in good function.

i also have that kind.and i was so disappointed.from the beginning i experienced that.not happy to have that lg.i never buy lg product again.

I bought this type in October 2008. And I am not happy because it has so many problems from the beginning until last three weeks. I had to go to the service center many times. And they have Yahoo only for 1 year. Fortunately the browser could work well. Now, since last three weeks I could not switch on this handy anymore. Good thing, the audio, video and voice recording is ok.

Hi. Im also experiencing this kind of problem with this LG phone. I cant type any message because my handset common memory was full and when I try to format it, nothing happened.

Can anyone here have a solution for this? Can you have any code to format this except for reset settings?

Im having problems with the internal memory.. when i check the common handset memory the available memory is only 1% then i tried to press clear all and nothing happened. now the memory is just 254kb and i cant type in text messages properly... what should i do? by the way there are no records in the internal memory all of images songs etc. are in the external memory.. and the category that has the biggest size is miscellaneous that i thnk has 71000kb now. im so frustrated with the performance of this phone...

The reason why it cannot download is not rooted in the phone itself, but emanates from my service provider(Smart Communications)wherein only a number of cellphones are supported because of that Network's limited capability. In the Philippines, this handset can only surf the Internet but cannot download. Only one LG mobile phone is supported and that is LG KU250 which was launched by LG in February 2007. I cannot blame the Network because our LG KF311 3G mobile internet phone was just launched February 2009.With this, all I could do is wait for Smart Communications to support this unit. In general, I find this phone excellent, but would simply need special care and attention ha ha ha!

I have also encountered a problem with the typing of messages before - I can't type the other characters associated with a key except for the first character assigned to it. Example, I can only type a or A with key 2 and not able to type b, c, 2, etc. I had to reset to the factory settings just to fix this. And there are other bugs I have encountered with this handset.

It's a nice phone, complete in itself, with only one flaw - unable to download and send attachment to emails since it is locked! I will have to spend a sizable amount just to have it unlocked.

I got this phone just a month ago and now I can't type any message, what's more frustrating is, every time i slide off the phone, it gets back to default setting. Lucky me :(
