Hi all...as mentioned in steps posted I rolled back my device to previous version...but now am not able to download ea games...neither able to use navigation...it says navigation is not available in your location...I stay in Mumbai and used navigation before...kindly help

I have mentioned steps on this forum to revert back to old firmware. Also your problem looks a bit different than what I was facing. I had no network what so ever anywhere.

You can buy it from Indiatimes shopping website ... they are offering 10% discount (Max Rs. 3000) on all mobiles.

The regular price for Atrix 2 is Rs. 22512 ... with 10% discount it will cost you only Rs. 20260.

I too am facing the same problem. After doing the update, I have been facing problem with network detection. In my case, it seems to be area specific. My handset cannot detect network at my residence, but can at my workplace. I have tried other sims in my handset, but the same problem. Am sure it is a problem with the software sent as an update.

5) Plug your phone into a back USB port on your computer.

6)Run “RSD Lite” on your computer

7)Press the “. . .” button next to the box labeled “Filename”

8)Browse and open the FXZ file or just just drag the FXZ file onto the file path bar in RSD Lite

9)Wait for the program to read the file, then choose “START”

10) Now, the device will slowly flash the FXZ file. BE PATIENT AS THIS MAY TAKE A WHILE!

11) Congratulations! You’ve restored your ATRIX 2!!

It's the best handset within that price range. just have a look on samsung galaxy s plus (around 22k)and decide before you buy.

Hi Guyz, m plannin on buyin Atrix 2 on this wednesday i.e. 23rd may. had visited Alfa stores in Irla, Mumbai n they have quoted 22,000/- with bill n one yr warranty. as most of ppl r aware they hav no option of bargaining. the handset available wud them is only in white color. unfortunately they had no dummy/demo piece to give a handsonn to customer, juz a piece kept on display in glass showcase. white color seemed good though bt i was preferring black body. i learnt in this forum somewhere that the new stock is in white color only. also enquired at a store few blocks away frm alfa n they also quoted 22k. if anyone could answer few queries of mine :-
1) is there any difference like physical texture/grip/attributes etc btwn the white n black handset bodies?
2) is it android 2.3.5 or 2.3.6?
3) checked online for any silicon covers n are available. any specific brand? anything better than silicon covers if yes price range plz.
4) i know its a gorilla scratch resistant display bt still is a scratchguard/screenguard to reqd? wats d usual pricerange?
5) most importantly a LIST OF THINGS TO CHECK AT STORES WHILE BUYING HANDSET
questions might b silly for some ppl bt hey lyk everyone 22grand isnt a relatively small amnt r8? any help is appreciated. thanking in advance.

Hi All,

Am facing some weird problem with my fone since yesterday....I ported my number to a different network provider and the New Sim is not being recognised by the fone...I have tried other networks and everything works fine...also this new sim works well with other fones...guys help...if anyone can resolve the issue.....

Hi all,

Thanks for the awesome review about this phone. I am planning to buy this device, but I am a guy who can't be satisfied with the stock firmware or can't wait Motorola to give the ICS update. I will try to install one of the custom firmwares available.

Will this void the warranty that Moto provides us?(Samsung calls it a liquid damage and voids the warranty)
