Every phone has the "T9" option, which prints out the words for you. For the W510, when texting, go to "options"..."text setup" and turn "off" "word completetion". This is a great phone. Speaker is good quality if you listen to lots of music. comes w...

There was a problem with the softaware in this phone. If you still have your warrenty, (having it for four months you should) you can get it replaced for free and no hassles.
