Too little to late for this phone. It should have launched when it did in the US. Now it's old news. No hype in my opinion.

dear Palm, too late for me! After the big hypethis phone was a must have for me, but after the hype yo start looking at the features and, they are no so impressive for that price. Price tag should be like the Nokia 5800. Then I can reconsider to buy this phone.

Got bored waiting for this and signed up with the Samsung i8910 instead. Maybe next year Palm - when you have ironed out all the bugs and upgraded the OS!

It will be interesting to discover if there is any more confirmation that Palm will be bought by you know who.

Well I won't be getting this. O2 being the primary reason, and build quality issues and proprietary OS being the other.

the only thing i like about the pre is the magnetic charge rock. It's the same technology used in my electric toothbrush.

all this hype about the Pre makes me laugh. sure, this phone may have a kick-ass touch screen, but the actual build of the phone is extremely poor. it feels like it is made out of cheap materials, and the slide mechanism is terrible. in my opinion, let nokia buy out palm - that way we as customers will get excellent build quality, AND a good OS!
