I am so tired of the best phones launching overseas. When are the manufacturers going to include the states? I guess it's all business politics???

The only minus of this amazing phone is the battery pack. I thing is too small, only 1230 mAh? HTC Touch HD has a 1350 mAh battery and has lower specifications. At least 1500 mAh would have been much better.

24 month contract?! not a chance am I committing to a 2year contract. I am due an upgrade with vodafone and will wait for the gsmarena review of either this, the Sony Aino (it'd be nice to be able to switch my PS3 on from work and download updates remotely) , the Sony Satio and the Nokia N900. Xenon flash would be nice, but tbh since I recently bought a Panasonic TZ7 the camera ability on mobile phones is less of an issue for me

This wins over the iPhone thats up for renewal in Jan. Just hope other operators can beat the O2 deal.
Having been on the iPhone since day 1 there is no way I'm signing up with O2 again yet alone for 24 Months.........
