just worried bout the heat generated buy the processor.........

The only thing i am interested in initially is will a 1GHz cpu in a smartfone solve lag and open apps instantly..If 1GHz is not fast enuf in a windows smartfone then what speed will be ? I suppose there are other factors ie ram but how will battery fair,,we will see ..
