hi i need your help,
i have nokia 6500 slide,
when i download software or games its show me
the icon but when i try to open it its show me an error of "supportive file nothing to display"
Please can anyone help me on this error..
i attempt master reset but its still didn't work

It is very bad model
I am facing problem for purchase stage.
Low incoming voice, handing problems till today.
Very bad experience.

When i got this nokia 6500slide 2 yrs ago im so proud i've got a very good one,in very good pictures day and night,in best music player,and even downloading applications and games it really runs programs.its normal to replace a battery for the maintainance of overuse.even i got a new model of nokia,im still using this model and keep it not to sell it.
