I have this phone bought in Dubai, in end 2003, which is not working now. I am a subscriber with Fido of Canada, Toronto. I need to replace this phone through fido or restow to factory settings? Fido cannot do it for me & I need your help. I love my Nokia Phone.

I am Rebelito Pacaldo of the Philippines, I have this
phone with me for 6 yrs. and it's very reliable,although the built in camera is not okey but the rest of the features are exeptional.I droped 6820 more than 20 times since I own this one and I didn't even change the battery....so rating this phone from 1 to 10,...6820 will be 12..........Thanks
