To Sara:
N70 would be a much better choice to make..U get boored of Sony Ericsson within 6 months.. I too was confused but after buying N70, i'm proud of my decision.hehe..
If i were U i would prefer N70.

this phone is riddled with software problems affecting the ring tones and after 3 takes at the Nokia service center still not fixed with now the Gallery mart key not working despite twice being recalled for repaired.
This phone is over rated , sorry but Nokia is losing site that quality is still important for us few who appreciate it from a well known brand that we have been loyal towards over the years.

This is for everybody who have got ringtone problem, Nokia has released a patch for this, after downloading this patch, my phone rings every single time without a hitch. The patch can be downloaded here http://www.europe.nokia.com/no...7767,00.html

hi!
I actually have a samsungD410 phone now. its kinda good one, but recently im having a little problem with it, d same thing w/ others as i red their openions bout it.and im thinkin to buy this one now, for a change.. but im wondering if this n70 would be realy a great one.. anybody there, that can atleast tell me how it works.. really need to know... thanks

this phone needs to sleep sometimes, coz the rington suddenly goes off or changes to other type of ringing, and even sometimes i cannot change it back to the mp3 rington. probably its da software's fault tht it needs to b upgraded. overall it works fine even though sometimes its abit slow. i like this fone especially the white purple colour one...

i was given the n70 in december as a free upgrade and was unhappy with it,it kept getting stuck,was very slow and the camera slider wouldnt operate the camera,these were just a few problems i had with it,HOWEVER,i have sent the phone back as i was going to choose another one but after reading the many posts on here im not so sure,i would love the phone if all the features did what they said they do,so am i to believe that there really is a version of this phone that works properly?? and if so-how do i go about ensuring i get it??OR is it as it seems-pot luck that you get a good one?? any advice would be gratefully recieved,many thanks !!

For me this phone is good actually, but the only one make me so fade up, the phone sometime cannot ringging and need to restart if the ringging didn't come out!!! ohhh can some one help me to fix this problem..??

its a greate fone weather u like it or now , before you start nagging learn how 2 use a fone , also wait for software updates as they not realsed before product is tested.

I purchased my nokia N70 several weeks ago with route 66 & bluetooth headset motorola hs820 & once all were install into N70 the route 66 & bluetooth headset stop functioing also the N70 functioned incorrectly.Since then I have had the bluetooth headset & route 66 replaced & reinstall both on N70.They worked perfectly,then few days later again the whole system malfunction.I think more investigation need to made with regards the compatabilty of the N70 with route 66 and bluetooth headset used in conjunction with each other

I’ve had my N70 for over 2 weeks and now it’s starting to give problems. ….. such as it doesn’t ring at times and get stuck when memory is full. My Firmware is V 2.0536.0.2 12-09-05 RM 84…how do I upgrade it to V 3.0546.2.3 19-11-05 RM-84 in Sri Lanka??? If anyone knows please reply…
