my n95 screen blinks whenever slide is off, but when i open slide then blinking stops... why?

i had this phone and its very nice and user friendly
but i hate why?

when it gets old the flex worn off and u have to spend
bucks replacing it

i think it wud be better if theyd just take off the
FLEX thing and make it more like n81

It is one of bst phone of nokia. I am using it since 3 years. I can't see that any can beat it. Seriously, very nice phone
